FULL SERVICE VACANT STAGING
This service includes staging all of rooms in the house to give potential buyers a clear view of life in their future home. By bringing in fashionable furniture, thoughtfully placed art, and statement accessories, we create emotional connections to ensure the home sticks in the minds of buyers.
PARTIAL VACANT STAGING
A budget friendly option that includes staging the core rooms of an otherwise vacant house. We use the same process as a Full Vacant Stage in the rooms that are being furnished.
This service is provided to refresh the homeowner's existing furnishings with a light, bright, and modern look. In addition to editing what's already in the home, we will bring in updated art and accessories to rejuvenate the existing furnishings so the home can be lived in during the sales and escrow period.
SHORT-TERM RENTAL DESIGN
Through this specialized service, we work with our clients from beginning to end to bring their vision to of their short-term rental to life. Using smart style and functional design, this offering can provide exactly what is needed to establish a top-rated rental property.
WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU STAGE WITH STAGE•OLOGY
We research the buyer demographic of the neighborhood to style the house to attract the most buyers. A two-bedroom condo with city views and an action-packed nightlife would be staged with a younger buyer in mind while an expansive suburban house would be styled to highlight how a large family could comfortably make their home there.
We start our design for your space by laying out the furniture placement in our space planning software. This is especially helpful when a room is oddly shaped or doesn't exhibit natural traffic patterns. From here we can move furniture around to find optimal flow for buyer walk-throughs and MLS photos - that's what gets buyers through the door, after all!
With warehouses in various parts of the East Bay totaling over 80,000+ sq. ft. and a furniture selection to accommodate just about any style, each piece selected for your listing is thoughtfully chosen to complement the architecture, color scheme, and overall feel of the home. Second only to staging day, this is the most time-consuming part of staging.
